Shipping Policy
It is my goal to ship your order as quickly as possible, and most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. If there is some unforeseen delay, I will contact you as soon as I’m aware of the delay.
All packages that weigh less than 13 ounces will be shipped via USPS First Class, and anything heavier than 13 ounces will be shipped via Priority Mail. All packages shipped within the US will have a tracking number, and I will email you with the tracking information as soon as it is available.
International Shipping is a little trickier, because I have to take the package to the post office rather than leave the package for my postal carrier. International packages will ship on Mondays or Tuesdays only, so if you place an order on Wednesday, for example, your order won’t be shipped until the following Monday. I apologize for the length of delay, but, these are the only days that I am able to make it to the Post Office during business hours.
While I am very happy to ship internationally, I do not yet have my listings set for international shipping. If you are an international customer, please contact me via Tea Trade and let me know which product you are interested in as well as your shipping address so that I can properly calculate shipping and update the listing to reflect the shipping requirements.

I was wondering how much shipping the foodzie box size sampler to Canada would cost? It’s coming up as $9.50 shipping, which I could probably handle, but I’m not sure if that’s correct!

Hi Jenna: thanks for your question! I did a little checking to find out how much it would cost for me to ship this package to Canada, and it would only cost $11. instead of the $9.50. If you’re still interested, let me know, and I’ll set up a special listing for you with the correct shipping price.
